Ordering & Customization

  • How do I place an order?

    • Fill out the order request form on the main page or click any “order now” button to be taken to the form directly.

  • Can I customize my charcuterie box?

    • Yes! All boxes can be customized to fit your dietary preferences. You can select “Made-to-order,” or you can select one of the standard boxes and provide dietary restrictions.

  • Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or other dietary options?

    • Yes. We can accommodate any dietary request. If there is a request for dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian boards, there will be a surcharge based on the request.

  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?

    • Orders will need to be placed at least a week prior for made-to-order boxes or special events. Standard boxes can be placed a day before needed.

  • Do you offer subscription or recurring orders?

    • We do not currently offer a subscription for recurring orders.





Ingredients & Sourcing

  • Where do you source your ingredients from?

    • All fresh ingredients are sources from Whole Foods, Costco and Natural Grocers. Whole Foods and Natural groceries require products to meet USDA Organic, Non-GMO, and Fair Trade Certified. Costco prioritizes high-quality reputable brands and works directly with artisanal or specialty producers. All cheeses and pork products used in the boxes are imported.

  • Are your meats and cheeses high quality and preservative-free?

    • All the meat and cheese is the highest quality and free from artificial preservatives. Some of the meats include preservatives such as sodium nitrate for curing.

  • Do you use organic or locally sourced ingredients?

    • A majority of the meats and cheeses are organic and locally sourced. If there are specific requests/requirements for the customer, those can be accommodated.

  • What self-care items are included in the boxes?

    • Some of the self-care additions include face masks, herbal tea blends, skincare samples, essential oils, gourmet treats, eye masks etc.

Pickup & Delivery

  • Do you offer delivery? If so, what areas do you serve?

    • We offer free delivery within a 10 mile range from Denver, Co. Anything over will be an additional delivery charge of $15/10 miles. You can always pick your box up when it is ready to waive any delivery fees.

  • What should I do if I need to change my pickup or delivery time?

    • Just e-mail us, replying to your order confirmation or you can call or text, 208-691-1121.

  • Do you offer shipping for charcuterie boxes?

    • We do not currently offer shipping for our charcuterie boxes.

Storage & Serving

  • How should I store my charcuterie box if I’m not eating it right away?

    • Charcuterie should be stored with cling wrap and in the fridge immediately after building or buying. Is purchasing a box, the individual ingredients will be wrapped separately to keep fresh. Once you are ready to eat, you would take all the ingredients out of the wrapping.

  • How long will my charcuterie box stay fresh?

    • Charcuterie will stay fresh up to 5 days if everything is individually wrapped. If not, we reccomend eating within 1 day of receiving.

  • Do you provide serving recommendations or drink pairings?

    • Yes, we provide drink pairings and charcuterie pairings with all boxes.

Policies & Payments

  • What is your cancellation or refund policy?

    • All cancellations must be done at least 72 hours prior to the event you will receive your full deposit. If cancelling after that 72 hour grace period, the deposit will be non-refundable. If you are cancelling a box order, you may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the delivery date. If you cancel afterwards, you will be required to pay a $20 cancellation fee. If you are unhappy with your board for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make the situation right. Our customers are the most important part of this business. We want you to have an unforgettable positive experience.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • We currently accept Venmo, Apple Cash, Check or Cash only.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    • We do not currently offer gift cards but we do offer coupons!

  • Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?

    • We do not currently have a loyalty or rewards program. With every first order, you will receive 20% off your next order.

Events & Catering

  • Do you offer catering for events and parties?

    • Yes. We offer a variety of services for events or parties. We can do grazing tables, charcuterie workshops, charcuterie cups, single serve boards etc. Just fill out an order form and we can discuss logisitics so that your event can be catered to your wants.

  • Can you accommodate large orders for corporate events or weddings?

    • We can accommodate large orders for corporate events but we are not currently doing weddings. We are able to do pre-wedding events, such as bridal parties or bachelorette parties.

  • Do you provide setup or on-site service for events?

    • Yes we will conduct all set up. We can also do all clean up for an additional fee. We also provide bartending services and refreshment services during events.
